Hello and welcome to the Real Women Real Business podcast. I am your host, Shauna Lynn Simon. I am so happy that you are hearing that you're joining me today. Have you ever caught yourself saying, I'll believe it when I see it? Well, what if I told you that science actually says you've got it backwards? It's a matter of you'll actually see it when you believe it. I hear a lot of things and I've had a lot of conversations that's come up on some of my podcasts in, you know, with some of my recent guests. And we've talked about something that

kind of comes across a little bit woo woo for lack of a better term for it. And that is things like visualization and manifestation. And I want you to stick with me on this one because I want to dive into this a little bit. There is actually a great deal of science behind this. And if you know me, you know that I am all about data driven insights and data driven ⁓ ideologies and theories. And I'm not into things that are necessarily a little bit too abstract to be

to be tangible. And so this is something that is backed up by science. And I want to explain sort of the difference between the woo woo part of it and the actual science part of it. So stick with me in this episode. We're going to dive into this a little bit. But first, I want to talk about how a softball game when I was visiting my nieces inspired today's episode because it kind of shifted my perspective a little bit when I was thinking about, you know, how we think about and

and talk about and visualize our business success and why some of the world's top performers, know, Olympic athletes, professional athletes, Fortune 500 CEOs, why do they swear by this visualization of manifestation type of practices? So let me bring you back to the softball game. I was visiting with my nieces out in California and I was at a softball game and I'm listening to the coaches as each batter is going up to hit the coaches saying saying their name.

and say, you are a hitter, you hit the you're going to be hitting the ball. And then they're saying things like, you know, there's lots of green out there. Visualize it going to the green. See it going to the green. See it going over the fence. You know, think about yourself hitting it and all these different things that they're saying. And it really got me to thinking, you know, the energy that you can bring to something when you when you come at it with a positive energy. We've seen this firsthand. You've probably experienced it firsthand when you go into something, if you're dreading it.

you're going to have a horrible time likely at whatever event it is. If you go into it with a positive energy, you're that much more likely to get a ton of value out of it. So it's all about what energy you put into things. And the same thing goes with visualization. If you put the energy into visualizing, you can actually see some really great results. this is something, so Michael Phelps, you might be familiar with Michael Phelps, the Olympic swimmer.

He was known for his mental rehearsal practice. Think about it. He couldn't always actually be in a pool swimming as much as I'm sure he would have loved to be. But he visualized himself before every race. He visualized what that race was going to look like. He visualized them down to like the smallest details, including like the number of strokes from wall to wall. And this pre-race visualization practice was a crucial part of his success.

Tiger Woods is another great example. He's actually started his visualization practice at the age of like 13 with his father and he would mentally map out the golf course and this would help him with the trajectory of the landing of the ball, all the different aspects that go into it. He visualized himself swinging and connecting with the ball, visualizing where the ball is actually going to land. Serena Williams, tennis player, another great one who's known for her visualization.

So she uses these before and after her matches. So it's not just about doing it before the play. It's also afterwards, you know, what it being able to re-practice, review, replay the things that went really, really well. So you can bring those into the next game. So making those like muscle memory, essentially, like really embedding it into the brain and then also combining that with positive affirmations.

So similar what the coaches were doing at the softball game saying you are a hitter. So they're visualizing hitting the ball, but they're also telling themselves, I am a hitter. I am someone who hits the ball. Now, if you tell yourself that you can't do something, what are the chances that you're actually going to surprise yourself and do it? Tony Robbins talks about this all the time. This is not a new concept by any means, however we whatever we plant in our mind, those seeds that we plant.

often can guide us through life. So if you tell yourself, I'm not capable of running, you're never going to become a runner. But for someone like myself, for example, I've been calling myself a runner. And the more I call myself a runner, the better I actually run. Whereas there was a time where I was like, I'm not really a runner. I kind of jog. And that's exactly what I was doing. But as soon as I started realizing, you know what? I can actually be a runner. As in, I can run longer distances. I can run at faster paces.

By no means am I trying to win a marathon, but if I wanted to with the right mindset and action that we're going to be putting with us as well, it is possible. mean, maybe I'm not ever going to be that person, but it doesn't mean that I can't strive for it and I can't get really darn close to it. And it's not to say that everything is all just about what's in your mind. But here's the thing. I want to put the science behind it.

because this is actually a scientifically proven tool that's probably been like sitting in your entrepreneurial toolbox this whole time and you're not tapping into it. It's one of the easiest, least expensive things for you to be able to tap into. So dust it off a little bit. Maybe you used to use it when you were younger and forgot that it even existed. Maybe you've never actually exercised this practice before and you're brand new to it. So we're going to do this together a little bit. But if you're anything like the accidental CEOs,

If you're a driven ⁓ entrepreneur like those that I work with in my Real Women Real Business Mastery program, you're really going to get a lot out of today's episode. But I also understand you might be a little bit skeptical going into this because I'll admit, if someone was saying this to me without any science, without any data to back it up, I'd be like, listen, this all sounds like a really nice story, but I'm going to move on things. And so that's why today I want to cut through some of that fluff and look at some of the cold hard facts of this.

and how this technique can actually transform your business. So if you are ready to discover how your brain might be the most underutilized tool and asset that you have in your business arsenal, we're going to dive in right now. So a recent study was done by neuroscientists and what they discovered, this is incredible. They discovered that visualization actually activates the same neural pathways as actually performing the action. So think about that for a moment. Your brain

can't tell the difference between visualizing your success and actually experiencing it. So what does this mean? Think about some of the negative things you might be saying to yourself. If you're saying to yourself, ⁓ I just can't seem to make any money. Your brain is taking that in and saying like, ⁓ she can't make any money. All right, this is this is where she's at. And you're bringing that to each one of those conversations, those sales conversations you're having or those lead generating conversations that you're having. And

And you're bringing that energy with you. Whereas when you're brain, when you're telling your brain, I'm great at making money. I'm wildly successful. People are in awe at the amazing and incredible things that I do every day. I'll admit that there's OK, you're to have a little bit of push and pull here because there is yours, your subconscious that you're trying to like trigger that into believing this. But if you're.

giving that resistance at the surface level where you're like, I don't really believe this, but I'm going to say it because Shauna Lynn told me that if I say it, will happen. You're going to get a bit of push and pull. It's not as though this is just an instant. Say it. And all of a sudden, money is going to start raining out of the sky because again, that's not science, right? But the point is that the things that we tell ourselves, our brain is believes it. So if you are visualizing yourself successful, if you are visualizing yourself as a hitter,

Your brain is experiencing the same joy and excitement that goes along with that as if it actually happened. So additional studies have shown that the exercise, the practice of visualization can actually help you to increase your motivation. We've talked about motivation previously because motivation is not something that you wait for. Your discipline helps you to gain motivation. So now if you can

visualize your discipline, visualize the tasks that you're going to be doing. That can also help you with motivation. So that's a cool little trick, right? Because I've always said discipline is what helps us to get motivated by putting ourselves into the routine. I use the example of for me, for example, running every morning. I have an incredible group of women who I run with on a regular basis. We run six times a week. And so when I wake up in the morning, there's never this debate of am I going to go running or not?

No, the decision was already made the night before when I was feeling great about it. It was already made. So I don't have to worry about whether or not I'm actually going to do this. I just know I'm going to do it. And so that helps me to get motivated even on the days where I'm not feeling motivated. That is where my discipline kicks in. So now if you're saying, OK, but I'm really struggling with a discipline. Well, let's start visualizing that discipline. Let's imagine you will have something you want to do tomorrow.

Let's say you want to go for a run. Let's say you want to go to the gym. Let's say tomorrow you're telling yourself, you know, I'm not going to eat any sugar tomorrow or I want to reduce my alcohol consumption or maybe it's more business related. I'm going to get caught up on my emails or I'm going to tackle this task that's been weighing on me for a while and you're finding that you're not getting motivated. Well, talking to yourself, visualizing yourself, doing the actual task will help you with your motivation because again,

you're tricking your brain into thinking that you've already got that discipline. So even if you don't really feel the discipline, if you tell yourself and you visualize it, it's not just about like saying the words, you have to visualize it. You have to put the actual imagery in your head behind it and visualize yourself doing it. You can actually increase your motivation and achieve some of those goals that have maybe been sitting there collecting dust for a little while.

You're going to boost your self confidence. Again, this is what studies have shown. Visualization actually helps you to boost your self confidence. And that makes sense. Again, if you visualize yourself as this confident and well put together and successful woman, even if you don't always feel that way, but if you are visualizing that your brain will believe it. And so your your self confidence will naturally also increase. Even your your motor skills.

Again, going back to, you know, Michael Phelps talking, thinking about every single stroke in the pool. You know, he's actually improving his motor skills even without actually performing the action. So his muscles aren't getting as fatigued because that's the thing. There's only so much our body can actually physically handle. So that's when we have to allow our brain to take over. And so the other thing that visualization will help with that studies have shown is actually your recovery and your learning curves.

You know how annoying it is when you don't know something. Well, if you're telling yourself, I'm never going to get this, I just don't understand it, this is impossible, this is too hard. And this is kind of where we get to when we're at the bottom of our S curve. We've talked about our S curve and that discomfort that we feel when we're not sure of something, when we're not confident about something. But if you're visualizing yourself working through that challenging part, that uncomfortable part of the learning curve,

you're actually going to decrease the amount of time that you spend in that uncomfortable space because you're going to be able to help yourself get out of it. So one of the things that neuroscientists do say is that engaging all of your senses will help to strengthen your mental rehearsal. So let's say, for example, you want to visualize yourself in a tennis match. Well, can you be outside in the energy and the nature and the feeling, the smell?

of what it's going to feel like that day. Can you picture it? Get that imagery in your head. Can you hold the racket maybe for your tennis match? So maybe you're not necessarily swinging it, but you're holding that racket. Anything that you can do to engage more of your senses, all of your senses ideally will really help to enhance the benefits and the value of that visualization. It's not to say that you have to do all the senses, but the multi this multi-sensory approach

really does help with really solidifying that visualization into actual action. And so what it does is it's activating your prefrontal cortex. And that also will help you with better decision making, better reaction times for things. And so you're creating and building up stronger muscles in your brain. Those neural pathways towards success are getting some great exercise with this. So how does this all relate to our business? Like, how am I actually going to apply this?

I get it. You know, you're thinking, OK, that makes sense for athletes. But what about me as a business person? You know, maybe it's a matter of you've got a successful meeting. So here's what I did when I first started my first business, which was a home staging business. I remember I would visualize the consultation. So I would imagine what it was like walking up to a house and saying hello to the client. I didn't even know what the clients looked like. I didn't know anything beyond their names, essentially. I didn't know how they were going to greet me. I didn't know if they're going to open the door and a dog was going to come running out.

But I played through various scenarios like this and in every one of them, I confidently introduced myself and started into my introductory spiel. And part of that was, of course, building rapport, asking them how they're doing. I'm visualizing what they're going to say in return. I did this with my state full service staging projects as well, where I'm going into a house and staging the entire house. I would visualize it the night before. Now, some of this, I'll admit, was just overthinking.

about the logistics of everything, because it was a lot of work, and especially when I was first starting out, there was a bit of anxiety of, I going to forget something? But I visualized myself doing these things. Driving the big trucks intimidated me a little bit at first, but I was like, yeah, I'm just going to visualize myself driving that 26 foot truck, parking up perfectly in the driveway, unloading it like a boss. Like, I got this. And so there's things that you can be doing in your everyday business. Visualize it ahead of time. So visualize the successful client meeting. Visualize the sales call.

do a mental rehearsal of the presentation that you have to do. Maybe it's something specific in terms of your business growth. Maybe you're looking to open a brick and mortar location or you're looking to hire someone or there's something else that you've got in your trajectory and in your plans for your strategic business growth. Let's picture that. All right. When we come back, we're going to take a quick break here. When we come back, I want to talk a little bit more.

about how this relates to business and tie it in a little bit with some of the exercises that I give my clients to do. And we're going to really put this into action. So stick with us. We'll be right back after this quick message.

Alright, welcome back. OK, so now I want to dive into how do we actually apply this? So just like you know the athletes are visualizing their performance entrepreneurs, we need to visualize the things that we're doing, including our business success. So one of the first things that I do ⁓ with my clients is actually get really clear on where it is that they're heading. We need to understand what the trajectory of the businesses and here's the thing that tends to happen, especially for my accidental CEOs.

those passion driven entrepreneurs who started with more passion than plan. The challenge is that we know why we started, but we seem to forget that as time goes on, as we get a little bit caught up in some of the day to day of what we're doing in the business, we become the doer in the business and we kind of forget to think about anything beyond that day because let's face it, it can be overwhelming sometimes to even just think about that day. So.

One of the things that I do with my clients, one of the first things that we do is we get really clear on what it is that we're building. What are we growing and where do we really want to take it? Not just the day to day, beyond a few weeks, beyond a few months. We want to take it to essentially a few years and we're going to break that down into smaller chunks, of course. But I want to create that overall path by doing this. It helps us to do what? Visualize the future success of our business.

And this is why in just the first three weeks of working with my clients, they feel less anxious. Decision making becomes easier for them. They feel less stress or getting better sleep. Their relationships start improving. They're energized. They're re-energized because something that happens when we're so busy doing all the functional day to day of the business is sometimes we can fall a little out of love with our business because it's not exactly

what got us excited in the first place and we can lose some of that excitement. So visualization will help you to reduce your stress and your anxiety. We actually go through some practices in our second pillar where we deal with all the health and wellness because of course I want you to not only achieve the success but I want you to do it in your best self, your healthiest self. And so we cover things like journaling and meditation in more detail in that pillar.

to help you with some of the tools for some of the stress and anxiety management to go along with the visualization, of course. And the next thing that we're going to do in that vision planning is we're going to actually create a strategic plan. So we want to actually set real goals of what we're going to achieve and then break them down so they're actually achievable. So I want to help you to implement this into your...

daily routine. Now, of course, I can't cover everything that we cover in this 12 month program of the Real Women Real Business Mastery program, but I can certainly help to give you some jumping off points. Success is essentially your mindset paired with your action. So it's those internal thoughts that you are saying yourself or saying externally. You could be saying them out loud as well, but is that subconscious mind paired with actual action? So I want us to make space for the things that are going to move us forward.

And in order to do that, we need to start with this visualization practice. You might already be doing a version of this and not even realize that you're doing it. If you've ever done any sort of daily affirmations or even perhaps just listening to a podcast like this or listening to a book gets you energized and motivated and gets that internal voice of you are saying, you know what? Yeah, I can actually do this. I am actually successful. I am really good at the things that I'm doing. I am fantastic at.

Whatever it is that you're doing, maybe you're a home stage or your interior designer, you're a photographer, you're a hairstylist. I tend to work with a lot of creatives because that is where, you know, again, we follow that passion more so than a plan. But I've got a lot of clients who are in some non creative, more strategic type feels as well, and they can be strategic in the work that they're doing, but not as much when it comes to their actual business. So here's what I want you to do. And again, you might be doing something similar to this already. If you are, I'm not asking you to skip the practice you've already got.

But it's essentially like a bit of a morning meditation and you only need five minutes. So before you open your laptop, before you check your phone, I want you to take five minutes to do this. You can do this laying in bed if you want to. I generally recommend getting up, sitting down, being a little bit more present with yourself, but I'll admit I've been known to do this in bed as well. So I want you to find a quiet place.

So it could be even be in the car in your driveway or something. Maybe you've already gotten on with your day. You're like, listen, I need to take my five minutes and do my visualization. Maybe you've just arrived at a client's place five minutes early. You've got your five minutes there wherever you need to squeeze that in. Or if you've got kids in the house and the only place you can find peace of quiet is maybe in the shower or in the car. Do it wherever you can. But I want you to find that quiet place and I want you to visualize the most important task you have for your day. Now, I work with my clients on this. We go through a lot of different productivity.

elements and one of them is about ensuring that we're setting our day up for success. So you should know each day what your top three most important tasks are. That doesn't necessarily mean that they're going to get done. So now I want you to take the most important task on your list and I want you to visualize yourself actually executing it, not just executing it, executing it flawlessly. I want you to picture yourself completing it.

What does it look like as you're doing it? What does it look like when you've completed it? How does it feel to you? So feel that satisfaction of completing it. Again, talking about the motivation of this, this is going to help you with that discipline to get that motivation in order to actually make this happen. And think about maybe the clarity that this brings to your actual performance. If you're visualizing it ahead of time, it might feel kind of overwhelming to get started. I know sometimes for some of my tasks, I'm like,

I got to go onto the computer, got to open this file, and then I've to go into that file and it feels a little bit daunting. But when I actually visualize myself doing it, like, look how quick I am at this. this is over here and this is over there. That's really easy to find. So that's the first thing that I want you to start implementing into your daily routine if you're not already is essentially a five minute. It's kind of like a meditation, but it's basically just taking the time to visualize that most important task for the day.

and visualize yourself actually executing it and feeling the completion. So now the next thing I want to talk about is how to make decisions a lot quicker. So if you find yourself kind of stuck in analysis paralysis, maybe you've got something where you're just like, just can't move forward on this. I can't move the needle on this. I can't figure out why. So here's a little bit of a trick. I want you to first think about why you got started. What got you started in the first place? Where did your passion come from?

What was it that you set out as a goal? Was it about like, I can't wait to have the financial freedom, the flexibility in my schedule. Was it more about how you were going to actually serve others? For most of us, it's actually how we're going to serve others. Like, man, I've got this skill and I really, really want to share it with the world. So go back to why you got started. It can be so easy to get caught up in the day to day that we feel a little bit like we've fallen out of love with our business. Like I was saying earlier. So at the start of the day,

Or you could do this like midday if things are just starting to feel heavy and hard. I just want you to remind yourself of why you started in the first place and then remember the things that were associated with that, the energy that you had when you started. What was what were the feelings that you had when you told people about this new venture, when you were creating that initial website or the initial plan or coming up with your company name? What was the weather like based on the time of year? I know that I started my business in the spring.

But I remember that I was doing a lot of the creation in the winter so I can visualize some of the the cold winter nights where I was actually all cozy in a blanket on my laptop and building my first website ever. And this is back in like 2007. I launched officially in 2008. So, you know, definitely I can actually visualize the laptop. It was a heavy laptop. It was a much thicker laptop. And I can visualize exactly what I looked like sitting on my sofa doing this. So bring yourself back to the beginning.

and recapture some of the feelings that you had. So now in my Real Women Real Business Mastery program, we cover how to get crystal clear on your vision. I talked about this earlier, the clearer you are on your vision and your path and where you're going and the strategic goals that are aligned with that, the easier it is for making decisions. So that part of it is not a five minute exercise. You need to already have that done. But when you're stuck in that analysis paralysis,

I want you to ask yourself about what some of those long term goals are. Even if you haven't thought about them in a while, let's dust them off a little bit and think about them. Maybe they're not perfect goals. Maybe they're not exactly aligned with the direction that you've taken and you're not quite sure if that's still what you want to do. But for right now, I think let's focus on those and then we're going to help to kind of unblock you a little bit. So if you get blocked at this point where you're like, I don't know what those goals are because a lot of people do get blocked there.

then there is definitely some work to be done to get you moving forward. But again, if you can go back to what was it that you were originally setting out to do and recapture those feelings. Now, if you're clear on you've already done this exercise, you've already got your vision, you know exactly where you're headed, what you're building, what the future of your business looks like, then the next thing you'll need to do then is just revisit that decision that you're stuck in, that analysis paralysis that you're in, that decision that you can't quite figure out and ask yourself, well, which path takes you closer to your goal?

Don't ask yourself which path would this other person like me to do or who am I going to disappoint if I say no to this and who am I going to disappoint if I say yes to this? Don't think about any of that. That's an emotional attachment to things. And it's not to say that it doesn't play a factor in this. But for right now, I just want you to think about which one takes you closer to your goal, which which is the path that is going to bring you towards what you set out to initially achieve or what you're currently setting out to achieve. If you're really clear on where you're going right now.

which best aligns with your values, which path best aligns with your overall brand and brand imagery. And so the next thing I want you to do is visualize the different outcomes and scenarios of the directions that you might take and ask yourself which one is energizing you and which one is draining you. I've talked a little bit about how I pivoted my business out of the actual home staging. I still teach home stagers, but in 2023, I decided to close down the staging division.

And part of it was through an exercise like this, the more I was thinking about the future of my business and the more I was visualizing the different outcomes and scenarios, the more I was finding myself drained more so than energized in some of the things that I thought I wanted to achieve. So I spent a lot of time reflecting on this. This wasn't as simple as like one sit down and I was like, I guess I should probably close the staging division. There was a lot more to it, of course. But I did notice this consistency in terms of how I was feeling each time.

I was visualizing some of these goals that I thought I wanted to achieve. So that's a great way to apply to your decision making. Which one is gonna drain you and which one's going to energize you. Sometimes though, the ones that are gonna drain you are going to energize you once you get through them. So keeping that in mind as well. So now the difference between visualization and manifestation as sort of voodoo and science is that you need to take action.

Okay, this is where this all comes into play. You have to actually do the things that you've been visualizing. You have to actually move forward on things. So if you've been visualized in a client meeting, well, you got to go take that client meeting. If you've been visualizing yourself getting new clients into your sales funnel, then you need to go out and actually do that. You can't just think about it as much as that's a great starting point. You do need to actually apply action to it. Your thoughts can only take you so far. So here's what makes this different from just daydreaming about your success.

we're creating essentially a clear roadmap for your brain to follow. So you're just setting out the path for your brain and seeing like this is it's like training. If you've ever had trained dogs at all, you you train them to do a trick. You're giving them these are this is the path I want you to take. These are the steps I want you to take. And the more times they're doing it, the more they're actually going to do it. So you're essentially going to do the same thing, but in your brain. So when you just like those softball coaches were doing with the hitters.

And I mean, they were doing it for the pitchers as well. They weren't just doing it for the hitters. I'm just using that as a bit of an example. But when you combine that visualization, the manifestation, the positive affirmations, along with actual strategic planning, similar to what we do in the group coaching program that I have, as I mentioned, the Real Women Real Business ⁓ Mastery Program. But you can do this on your own as well. If you feel like you could use a little bit more support and accountability, naturally, I would love to have a conversation with you about the program, see if it's a good fit for you.

understanding where you're at and where you're looking to go. But if you are finding yourself a little bit stuck, if you are finding yourself a little out of love with your business, start practicing some of these visualization techniques. And then of course, give me a call or let's chat. You can find me also on Instagram and DM me at Seanalyn Simon. I'm happy to chat with you further about this, but keep it in mind that when you're combining that visualization, the manifestation with actual action, you're not just hoping for success. You are

You're mentally rehearsing it in your brain and then you're actually planning for it. And then you're actually taking that aligned action toward it. The biggest mistake that I see entrepreneurs make when it comes to visualization is just visualizing it without the action steps. And I see it all the time because I see a lot of little reels on Instagram and on TikTok that talk about how like I manifested this whole lifestyle and they show you these beautiful luxury cars and houses and trips that they're taking and everything else. But the reality is that if they just thought about it, they just

visualized it, but didn't take any actual action, it wouldn't have happened. Okay. So, ⁓ that's one of the mistakes that I see people making, ⁓ entrepreneurs, especially in this visualization is they're thinking, I can just do the positive affirmations. I can just say the things and then these things will happen. So you have to visualize it and take action steps. You have to believe in it. You have to believe that you can actually do it. And what often holds people back is getting stuck.

bit in perfectionism. And ⁓ I would love to recommend a book is called The Perfectionist's Guide to Losing Control. ⁓ It's a fantastic book that talks a little bit about perfectionism is not a disorder that you need to overcome. In fact, you are perfectly perfect just the way that you are, not necessarily even perfectly imperfect as we're used to used to kind of telling ourselves you are perfectly perfect.

But there's a way to kind of lean into your perfectionism so that it's not a hindrance and it's not holding you back from things. And then the other thing that I see entrepreneurs often forget when it comes to visualization, we spoke about this a couple of times, is don't forget to include the feeling component of it. Again, remember, we want to evoke all the different senses, that multi-sensory approach to it. But remember the feeling that comes with it, because that's what's going to trigger those neural pathways and start training them on the feeling of that success.

So some pro tips, keep it real and achievable. Okay, so we're not gonna go zero to 60 in like five seconds. So you're not visualizing, if you are barely scraping by right now, you're not visualizing yourself having a six figure month just yet. But it's not to say that you can't visualize yourself increasing those revenues and having a five figure month and moving things forward, but make it real and achievable based on the resources that you actually have available to you.

Don't forget to include both your business and your personal elements because the two are integrated. I've always said there's no such thing as work life balance. It's more of an integration, especially in today's society, in today's world. And the more that we can embrace and accept and really own that, the easier it is for us to be able to incorporate the two in a very healthy way. So the same thing when it comes to your visualization, including both some personal and some professional aspects of that. And then focus on the

process as well as the outcome. So again, you're visualizing what the final outcome is, but visualize yourself going through it. So that's why I mentioned the most important task of the day. You're not just going to think of the task completed. You're going to visualize what it's going to look like for you to get through that task in the first place and then build this into your everyday routine. I'd love to say I'm perfect at this. I'm not, trust me, but the days that I do incorporate this into my routine, the

They start off that much better. They go that much more smoothly. My energy at the end of the day is much higher, much, much more elevated. I bring better productivity to not only my own life, but to those around me as well. I bring a better positivity and energy to everyone that I encounter. And so this is really important to ensure as well as that you're building this into your everyday existing routine and not trying to completely change things up, but trying to actually incorporate it.

even on the days where maybe you don't have the discipline and the motivation that you want to have, again, visualize yourself having it. So the discipline that you really need to have is in your visualization. Okay, you need more discipline than that as well, but it's a really, really, really good start. Okay, so I hope this has helped you. I hope that everything that we've talked about here has helped you to kind of see where the path forward can come from, even just.

Thinking about it, again, not just thinking about it, have to fully visualize it. hope that you understand some of the tools that we have for actually visualizing our success and moving forward.
