Can I purchase just an hour of coaching at a time?

Our coaching packages are designed to be results-driven and goal-focused. As such, we design custom coaching packages for each client based on what we feel is the best layout of sessions to support your goals. In order for this to be effective, it requires an initial minimum commitment of time and therefore we do not provide just an hour of coaching. Upon completion of the package, if you are interested in receiving on-going additional support, coaching may be added an hour or two at a time.

How often will we meet?

At minimum we recommend meeting at least once per month in order to maintain momentum and ensure that we are working towards your goals. Once we have your goals outlined we can determine a frequency that makes sense for you. We understand that sometimes life can get in the way, but creating a consistent meeting schedule will help you to stay on track, maintain momentum as it builds and, ultimately, reach your goals.

What if I need support outside of our scheduled sessions?

We understand that you may have questions outside of our sessions. For quick answers, I can be reached via email and Voxer.

How long until I get results?

Results will vary by client and depend on your specific goals and commitment to the tasks required between sessions, however most clients can start to see results within the first few sessions.

What if I don't want everything included in the package that you give me and want to reduce the number of session?

When developing my coaching packages, I follow a strategy similar to how I create my staging plans. The foundation of these packages is built on a careful assessment of what I believe is essential to attain the desired results. Clients often find value in continuing beyond the initial package as they witness tangible progress and seek support to maintain momentum and take on new challenges.

Although I generally don’t recommend reducing the number of sessions outlined in the package proposed, I am always happy to review the options further to see what a suitable alternative might look like. I want to ensure that are set up for success from the beginning, and that means ensuring that we have the right quantity of sessions to support you in achieving your goals. Since I am often booking new clients several months out, reducing the number of sessions may result in inability to allocate space in my calendar for extra sessions should you choose to extend your package. Having this commitment upfront will allow us to maintain momentum and ensure consistent access to me when you need it most.
